Sketch and Design

The first step in designing any piece of clothing is creating an initial sketch, which serves as a visual blueprint for the garment. This sketch is crucial as it defines the overall direction and aesthetic of the design. It acts as a foundational platform for both fashion designers and manufacturers to visualize the final product.

When crafting the sketch, several key elements should be carefully considered:

1. **Color Combinations**: Choose a harmonious palette that reflects the intended mood and style of the garment, considering seasonal trends and target audience preferences.

2. **Embellishments**: Identify decorative elements, such as embroidery, beads, or sequins, that can enhance the garment’s visual appeal and add texture.

3. **Proportions**: Pay attention to the balance and scale of different design elements, ensuring that the garment flatters the body shape it is intended for.

4. **Pocket Positions**: Decide on the placement, size, and style of pockets, keeping functionality and aesthetics in mind.

5. **Accessories**: Consider how additional items such as belts, hats, or jewelry will complement the garment and contribute to the overall look.

By focusing on these characteristics, the sketch not only guides the design process but also helps align the vision of the designer with the practical considerations of manufacturing.

Things to consider when creating the initial drawing.

  • Garment Complexity
  • Fabric classification and management
  • Sizing measurement
  • Simply detectable
  • Many Styles and Bulk Production

We empower designers by transforming their initial concepts into first-sample garments, providing them with a tangible visualization of their ideas. This vital step not only enhances their creative process but also facilitates crucial adjustments and revisions, ensuring their designs truly come to life.

Plan Making

An original pattern is expertly crafted for each design, serving as a vital template for tracing the garment pieces onto the fabric. This template not only ensures precision in measurements but also lays the foundation for cutting and assembling the final piece. From this master pattern, a range of sizes is skillfully derived, catering to diverse needs and styles.

This process can be performed either manually or using software. Patterns are sized according to industry-standard size charts. The grader utilizes these patterns for fitting, while the marker employs them for fabric layout.

CADs & Tech Packs

Computer-Aided Design (CAD) harnesses the power of cutting-edge software to enhance every stage of the creative process—from conception and modification to development, optimization, and analysis. In the vibrant world of fashion, computer-aided designers transform their visions into stunning sketches and captivating designs for clothing, accessories, shoes, intimate apparel, and beyond, bringing innovative ideas to life with precision and artistry.

A tech pack is a total accumulation of data that includes all clothing specifications. The tech package serves as a technical plan for clothing. The best technology package includes drawings, fabric details, accessory specifications, label information, alignment, and accurate measurements. This helps reduce errors and improve connections, making the production process between designers and manufacturers easier to understand and pursue, resulting in fewer errors. They also tend to reduce wait times and turnaround. They are not necessary, but they help with product development

Sample & Fitting

A garment sample, often referred to as a pre-production garment, represents the essential prototype of a style. This vital stage encompasses thoroughly examining the garment’s fit, precise size measurements, vibrant color, and the quality of both fabrics and trims. Additionally, it ensures an impeccable overall construction, all pivotal steps taken before bulk manufacturing.

Once we create the first sample, we host on-site fittings with our skilled pattern makers. This hands-on approach allows us to swiftly and seamlessly implement any necessary pattern corrections, ensuring the highest precision and quality in our final product.

A fit model is a trained professional who specializes in evaluating and providing feedback on the fit of garments. While their use is not mandatory, having a fit model can significantly improve the accuracy of your apparel’s fit. Some designers opt to create samples in their size for fittings, while others may enlist friends to model the garments.

Fabric Sourcing

With such a vast array of fabric variations available, it can be quite a challenge to showcase every option to the designer, much like searching for a needle in a haystack. To ensure we capture your vision perfectly, we warmly encourage you to bring a sample of the fabric you’d like to use. Your personal touch will help us create something truly remarkable!

When embarking on a garment production journey, it’s essential to thoughtfully consider the number of pieces you intend to create, as the choice of fabric can significantly influence both costs and lead times. Remember, fabric pricing is generally based on length, not width, which makes careful planning crucial. By thoughtfully laying out your pattern pieces before ordering, you can gain a clearer estimate of the fabric needed for each garment. Furthermore, investing in precisely marked, expertly graded, and beautifully digitized patterns can greatly enhance fabric efficiency, ultimately minimizing waste and maximizing value. Let each step in your production process reflect your commitment to craftsmanship and sustainability.

With our extensive network, we can effortlessly send fabric swatches directly to our trusted suppliers, ensuring a diverse array of color options at your fingertips. This empowers our clients with an expanded selection, allowing them to find the perfect fabrics for their lines and truly bring their vision to life.

Stitching and Cutting

The process of physical manufacturing and fabrication of clothing. This entails cutting the fabric from the finished pattern, laying each piece, patching each piece by hand, and adding additional specifications or accessories.

Our factory is compliance-approved, which means that our services are by national and international regulations and standards. The location in Manado, as the North Sulawesi Headquarters, offers a full production fashion and pattern room with machines ranging from straight gutter machines & merrow machines to jacket sleeve setter & shoulder press machines.

Once the garment is finished, the garment is subjected to thorough quality control to ensure there are no production defects before shipment. It recognizes brands to fully manufacture their clothing domestically in our straight-integrated factory.

We also welcome overseas production for higher quantity orders with specifications. All of our office facilities are compliance-approved and ethnically regulated to meet the highest quality standards. We have local and international R&D teams to monitor the manufacturing process from start to finish.

Packing & Shipping

Our air, sea, and ground cargo shipping services, including duties, rates, taxes, and shipping, are delivered directly to the clients’ storefronts, warehouses, or offices.

All clothes are properly wrapped to ensure they are secure and not damaged during shipping. The delivery time depends on the extent of the project and the number of clothes delivered. Be sure to consider that shipping abroad may lead to longer turnaround times
