Do I need a tech-pack?
You don’t need a tech pack to kick off the process. Instead, you can provide a matching model size or share a physical sample of clothing that inspires you, which you can easily find at a major fashion retailer. We also offer the option to take measurements of you, a colleague, or suitable models to create a detailed specification sheet tailored to your needs. Let’s make your vision a reality!
Can I order a sample before placing a bulk order?
At WJ Production, we start the process by creating a first pattern and a pre-production sample as soon as your production order is confirmed. The first pattern complements production orders that meet our minimum order quantities (MOQs). This initial charge is more of an investment, which will be rebated or applied to your final production order. Keep in mind, however, that free pre-production samples are available only after we receive the production order deposit. Let’s bring your ideas to life with confidence!
If you’re considering placing an order and would like to see a sample first, we’re happy to accommodate that request for a small additional fee. While we can create a finished sample for any garment, it’s important to note that the cost can be quite high, especially for small orders. What does a full production package include?

If you require any modifications to your items, kindly inform us as soon as you receive your proof. It’s important to note that we cannot be held accountable for any mistakes or errors that arise if you proceed with production without thoroughly reviewing the details in your proof. How long does it take to receive a response regarding a quote or other inquiries?
We usually answer simple contact inquiries within 24 hours, not counting weekends, holidays, or other closures. More complex questions, like those about cut-and-sew manufacturing or dye-sublimation printing, may take up to three days for a response.
What is the typical turnaround time for completing an order?
Estimating order turnaround times requires specific details regarding the project, as these times can vary significantly based on the services rendered and the intricacy of the order. Typically, the development of the initial sample takes approximately 5 to 10 days following the receipt of the fabric. This timeframe may be extended depending on the number of necessary revisions. Upon the commencement of production, which occurs after the tables are set and the fabrics have been marked and cut, the production process generally requires an additional 2 to 3 weeks. It is important to note that these estimates do not encompass the projected shipping duration for the order; shipments from Indonesia typically take around 30 days by sea.
When does the order turnaround time officially begin?

When is payment required?
A 50% deposit is needed before we kick off production. You’ll need to pay the rest before we hand over your finished products.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We understand that making payments can sometimes be a bit overwhelming. To make things easier for you, we accept several payment methods, including Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and Letter of Credit (LC). Our preferred currency is the Indonesian Rupiah (IDR), as we want to ensure a smooth process for you. However, if you need to use a different currency or make alternate payment arrangements, please know that we’re here to help and will review those options with care.
Can you send me a sample or fulfill my order before I make a deposit?
We will not proceed with an order until we receive a deposit or full payment for garment development. Starting the sampling process without payment risks clients taking our work elsewhere, leading to financial losses that hinder our ability to serve customers effectively.
Could you provide an estimate for shipping costs?
Shipping costs can be estimated effectively once orders are placed, taking into consideration the minimum order quantity (MOQ), applicable duties, taxes, tariffs, and customs. We offer various shipping options, including air freight (measured in pounds or kilograms), ocean cargo (either Less Container Load or Full Container Load, available in 20 or 40-foot containers), and ground transportation. What is the typical turnaround time for Indonesia production?
Our overseas fabric turnaround is just two weeks for in-stock fabric and one month for cutting and sewing, empowering you to bring your vision to life. Finished goods can be delivered overnight by air or within 30 days by boat, ensuring your creativity knows no bounds.
